Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Zomyra waitlist website at https://zomyra.com. By submitting the waitlist form you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form — nothing else on this site requires your agreement.

1. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by Zomyra LLP ("we"), registered in India ("Zomyra", "we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@zomyra.com.

2. What this service is

Zomyra is in pre-launch. This website does one thing: it records an expression of interest — a waitlist. To be explicit:

  • Joining does not create an account, and there is nothing to log in to.
  • Joining does not guarantee access to the platform.
  • Joining is free, and we will never ask you for payment on this site.
  • Joining is not a contract for services, and creates no obligation on us to launch anything.

We may launch, delay, change or abandon the product at any time. If we abandon it, we will delete the waitlist and tell you.

3. Eligibility

To join the waitlist you must:

  • be at least 21 years old;
  • provide accurate information — your own real name, age, gender and a working email address; and
  • be resident in India.

Submitting false information, or someone else's details, breaches these Terms and may result in removal from the waitlist and from any future Zomyra platform.

4. Founding-member benefits

We describe three benefits for people who join the waitlist. Here is precisely what we commit to, and what we do not:

  • Priority access. We will open access in cohorts, and invite waitlist members ahead of the general public. We do not promise a specific date, a specific position in the queue, or that every member will be invited.
  • A founding-member discount. If and when we introduce paid plans, waitlist members who joined before launch will receive a discount on them. We will tell you the exact amount and duration before you are ever asked to pay, and you are never obliged to buy anything.
  • A direct line to the founders. We read and reply to messages sent to contact@zomyra.com during the beta. This is a commitment to listen, not a guarantee that we will build what you ask for.

These benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are conditional on your waitlist entry still being active when we launch.

5. What you are agreeing to

By submitting the form you agree that:

  • we may email you at the address you gave us about your early-access status and the launch;
  • your optional feedback may be used internally to inform what we build, and will never be published or attributed to you without your separate permission; and
  • you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

6. Things you must not do

  • Submit the form repeatedly with different email addresses to try to improve your position.
  • Use scripts, bots or any automated means to submit the form.
  • Provide false, impersonated or stolen personal information.
  • Probe, scan or test the security of this site, or attempt to disrupt or overload it.
  • Scrape, copy or republish the content of this site.

If you believe you have found a security flaw, we would much rather you told us: email contact@zomyra.com and we will work with you in good faith and will not pursue you for a report made responsibly.

7. Your feedback

Anything you write in the feedback field remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it internally to develop Zomyra. We acquire no ownership of it, and you are not entitled to compensation if a product decision reflects what you told us.

8. Our content

The Zomyra name, logo, written copy and the design of this site belong to Zomyra LLP and may not be reproduced without our written permission. Some photographs and typefaces on this site are licensed from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners; we claim no rights in them. Attributions are listed on our support page.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It explains how to view or permanently delete your data yourself, at any time.

10. Disclaimers

This website and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. In particular we do not warrant that the platform will launch at all or by any date, that you will be granted access, that any feature described on this site will exist in the final product, or that this site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Everything described here reflects our current intent and may change.

Nothing on this site is advice, and Zomyra does not promise any relationship, match or outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zomyra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of this website or your participation in the waitlist.

Because the waitlist is free and no payment passes between us, our total liability to you for anything connected with this website is limited to the amount you have paid us for it — which is nothing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be contracted out of.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from information you submitted that was false or belonged to someone else, or from your unlawful use of this site.

13. Leaving the waitlist

You may remove yourself at any time using the removal link on your confirmation page or in any email from us, or by emailing contact@zomyra.com. We may remove you if you breach these Terms, if your email address is undeliverable, or if we discontinue the waitlist. On removal, your personal data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of hosting or network providers, acts of government, natural disasters, or widespread internet outages.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the version number and effective date above, and for material changes affecting people already on the waitlist we will notify you by email. If you do not accept a change, you may remove yourself from the waitlist.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that nothing prevents you from bringing a complaint before a consumer forum having jurisdiction where you reside, as Indian consumer law permits.

17. General

  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the provision is read down to the minimum extent necessary.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give it up.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business, provided your data continues to be handled under a policy no less protective than this one.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us regarding this website, and supersede any earlier statements.
  • No third-party rights. These Terms create rights only between you and us.
